About William Eugene Deal
Cause of death was coronary thrombosis.
Will E. Deal, aged 70, died suddenly at the home of his son 1008 West Hunt Street Saturday morning at 8:30 o’clock. He had been in ill health for some time, but this death was unexpected.
Mr. Deal was born in Missouri and had lived in Lucas community this county for many years where he was engaged in farming. He is survived by one son Virgil Deal, two grandchildren, Bobby Jo and Donna Jean Deal and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Annie Stratton, Mrs. V. B. Petway, R. E. Deal, all of Lucas and C. R. Deal of Dallas.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 5 o’clock at the First Christin Church here with Rev. A. H. Snider, officiating. Burial will be in Fitzhugh Cemetery at Forest Grove under the direction of Massie Funeral Home.
Nephews will act as pallbearers as follows: N. E. Deal, Fred Petway, Elmer Stratton, Virgil Kenneth Deal, Eugene Deal and A. D. Boyd.
