William Marney [Convict "Scarborough" 1788]

William MARNEY (aka MARINER aka MARRINER) was convicted of stealing and was sentenced to 7 years transportation. He arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Scarborough"

William was sent to Norfolk Island on 2/10/1788 on "Golden Grove" and returned to Slydney on "Chesterfield in March 1793.

William left the colony in June 1794 on "Britannia" for the Cape of Good Hope
