!William Ormsby was in the Boer War,1st World War,Lived at Te Kuiti and worked as a Wheelwright,Coach Builder and Blacksmith. War Service:Reg.No.161465 Maori Bat.NZ Army 1914/1918 War.
In September 1929 there was an epidemic of pneumonic influenza William's wife Ngaamo and one of their children became ill and shortly afterwards William went down with the same illness but unfortunatly he did not recover.
