About William Littell White

(MMvB) = I was told that Theodore Lane Bean represented Adele (his future wife) in her divorce proceeding against her estranged husband, Mr. W. Littell White. (TL Bean was an attorney) ~ this turned out to be "a falsehood". TL Bean was retained by the White family to handle an Adele traffic or speeding infraction. It was during this introduction that TL Bean and adele White (Cantrell) fell in love. A divorce followed.

The affair was recorded in the local press. W. Littell White sued T.L. Bean for $50,000. They settled out of court.
