Biography
Zebedee Chandler. Born Jan 1713.
Zebedee Chandler was married to Lydia Loring, a daughter of Caleb Loring and Lydia (Gray) Loring, on 8 August 1737.[1]
Lydia (Loring) Chandler died in 1760, and Zebedee later married Repentance, the daughter of Samuel Lucas.
Lieutenant Zebedee Chandler was one of the militia members from Plympton, Massachusetts, who responded the Lexington alarm in 1775. He marched on April 19 and served one day, in Thomas Loring's company.[2]
Lieutenant Zebedee Chandler died from smallpox at Plympton, Massachusetts, on 2 December 1777, 34 days before his 65th birthday.[3]
