About princess Anna Sviatopolkovna
ANNA SVYATOPOLKOVNA, PRINCESS OF KIEV & CHERNIGOV
Anna Svyatopolkovna was the daughter of Svyatopolk II / Grand Duke of Kiev (1050 - 1113) and his first wife, an unidentified / unnamed "Bohemian Princess". Princess Anna was the second of their four children.
A Wikipedia mini - biography ("Sviatopolk II of Kiev") erroneously identifies Anna Svyatopolkovna as the daughter of Duke Svyatopolk's second wife, Olena / Elene of the Cumans. The mini - biography, however, correctly notes that Princess Anna (died 1136) was married to "Sviatoslav Davydych of Chernihiv (Chernigov)" and that Sviatoslav Davydych "turned into a monk upon her death".
Sviatoslav Davydych was the fifth and youngest son of Davyd Sviatoslavich / Prince of Smolensk and Chernigov (c. 1055 - 1123) and his wife, "Feodosia". It would appear that David adopted the name Nikolai Svyatoslav Lutsk upon taking holy orders.
