Abernathy Cemetery, #2 Giles County, Tennessee, USA:
Highway 31S, left into Old Stage Road on right at foot of hill, on the west side of Hardy Road. This is the former Larkin Birdsong land, and before that the James Abernathy land.
Only 3 marked graves are known here (I.M. Abernathy, Annie Abernathy, and Laura E. Abernathy). Other sources say that most likely James B. "Jimmy Dry" Abernathy as well as others are buried here in unmarked graves.
Note: There are Two Abernathy Cemeteries in Giles Counties.
