County Limerick is a county in Ireland. It is located in the Mid-West Region and is also part of the province of Munster. It is named after the city of Limerick. Limerick County Council is the local council for the county.

The song "Limerick you're a lady" is traditionally associated with the county. It is often heard at sports fixtures involving the county
