Danziger Family Crest

"Sometime during the discussion of the shield, Norman made a motion that we trace our ancestors. This was ignored." from the MINUTES of the Danziger Family Circle, February 26, 1949.

Recent connection to Laurel Suess and Susan Paris, granddaughters of Mary Danziger Paris and Abe Paris. Some more energy added to the process. Barbara Stillman is in the discussion. Keep it growing.

JPI-Poland records show the ancestors we have been looking for:

Maer Danziger and Razel Goodman Goldberg Danziger had been the earliest ancestors we knew from this branch. Maer accompanied his daughter-in-law, Ella Weicsman/Wajsman Danziger with her children to Baltimore. His eldest son, Abraham, had gone on ahead when raids on his business drove him from Poland to the promise of America. We have since learned that Razel Necha did not come with Maer. She died in Poland in 1925. There is a story to be learned and told.
