La Force is an abandoned cemetery, located on private property, northeast of Carthage, Missouri. The cemetery was fenced sometime in the past, but some of that fence has been knocked down by large deadfall trees. Cattle roam at will throughout the area. All but one or two stones have been knocked over by cattle or trees. Many are broken and scattered. There could be several hundred graves in this cemetery.

This cemetery is not open to the public. An attempt has been made to photograph as many of the grave markers and foot stones as could be found.

As you can see from the picture, the cemetery was in terrible shape, but an article I found from 2016, says that the cemetery was cleaned up as part of the cemetery restoration project in Jasper County.
