LaFollette Cemetery is nine miles north of Almira in Lincoln County on the Old Coulee Road, then one mile east on LaFollette Road. The cemetery sits high on a hill surrounded by wheat fields and in the spring has a magnificent display of wildflowers.

The LaFollette Cemetery Association was formed in 1906 by a group of families living in that area and is still under local management. The cemetery served the north Almira area, including the area of Tipso.

The first burial appears to be Jane Hughes in 1885, the last, Agnes Jackson in May 1999. Additional information on many of these families may be found in The History of Almira, edited by Pat Rice, published in 1989.
