A Group of 14 men representing 10 cities of the Southeastern U.S. met in Atlanta to create the Negro Southern League in the spring of 1920. The Season would start on April the 29th and end on Sept 19th 1920.There would be 14 teams and a fee of $200.00 per team. These men were:
