The Georgetown Cemetery was located on the south shore of the lake at Georgetown, Clear Creek County, Colorado until approximately 1970. At that time the cemetery was moved to the Masonic Alvarado Cemetery. The Masons own the Alvarado cemetery and it is in no way connected to the town of Georgetown nor the county of Clear Creek.
