Dear Sirs, I am trying to expand and update a Family Tree originaly created by my Father before his death. The Huegenots originaly from France emigrated to England and other countries. My interest at the moment is obviously the UK family tree. However some of the Sigournay's emigrated to Boston. At this point for what ever reason the name changed to Sigourney I am hoping to find a connection between Sigournays who emigrated from UK and the Sigournays who made their new life in America. That way I can prove the name was changed, even though I will probably never know why. I would like any member of the Sigoournay family who can give accurate detail of the early Sigournays in America and the current Sigournays.
