I am looking for the family of Abigail Phillips, born 20 Feb 1662 in Boston and died 19 Sep 1724 in Weymouth, MA. She married John Blanchard in 1685. They had 9 children. Abigail's father was Nicholas Phillips born about 1611 and died in Weymouth in 1672. Nicholas was at Dedham, MA by 18 Aug 1636 and was named a freeman of Massachusetts Bay in 1640.

John Blanchard, b. 3/27/1660 Weymouth, Ma. son of Nathaniel B. Blanchard and Susanna Bates; d. 3/10/1733 weymouth, Ma.

Abigail Phillips, b (?) Weymouth, Ma. dau. of Nicholas Phillips (my line) and Elizabeth Jewson; d. 9/19/1724.

Biography ===Abigail Phillips was born February 20, 1660, in Weymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony. She is the daughter of Deacon Nicholas Phillips and Elizabeth Jewson.<ref>Will-Phillips-140 This profile is, by definition, the "Abigail Phillips" from Nicholas' will.</ref>

Abigail grew up next door to her uncle Martin in the"Old Spain" area. John King and Joseph Shaw were neighbors living inthe same area.<ref name='Phillips'>Phillips Page 8-9</ref> Her family and uncles were involved in pioneer farming and town building and she grew up doing the same.
Her father died before October 3, 1672, when his will was proved in Weymouth. Abigail inherited a one-sixth share of her father's residual estate after specific bequeaths.<ref>Will-Phillips-140</ref> Abigail married John Blanchard in 1684 in Weymouth. They had nine children.<ref name='Phillips'/> Abigail (Phillips) Blanchard died September 19, 1724, in Weymouth.<ref>VR of Weymouth Vol. 2, Deaths: Page 249</ref>
