Betty Ann Edgecomb, 72, of Demorest died Saturday at a private care facility.
Born in Quincy, Ill., to the late James Bradley and Anna Gallager Bradley, she was a member of Demorest Baptist Church. She was a bank teller.
Survivors include her husband, Clyde H. Edgecomb, Demorest; sister, Doris Cleek, Carmichael, Calif.; and brother, James Bradley, Quincy, Ill.
Memorial services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2005, at Demorest Baptist Church. Dr. Tom Mewborn will officiate.

Betty Ann Edgecomb, 72, of 551 Cross Creek Road in Demorest, Ga., died Saturday (Oct. 22, 2005). Born April 12, 1933, in Payson, Betty was a daughter of the late James W. and Ann Gallaher Bradley of Quincy. On July 26, 1952, Betty married Clyde H. Edgecomb at Central Baptist Church in Quincy. Mrs. Edgecomb was a member of Demorest Baptist Church in Georgia. Betty was a 1951 graduate of Quincy Senior High School. Before moving to Georgia she lived seven years in Marion, Ind., and 33 years in Venice and Englewood, Fla. She was employed as a bank teller until her retirement in 1994. She enjoyed camping with club members and traveling across country in their motor home. Survivors include her husband; a sister, Doris J. Cleek and her husband, Jack, of Citrus Heights, Calif., and a brother, James W. Bradley Jr. and his wife, Mary, of Quincy. Mrs. Edgecomb was preceded in death by her parents; a sister-in-law, Louise Edgecomb Goodwin; and brothers-in-law, Donald R. McClelland and Jerry Walton. Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20, in Central Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to the Demorest Baptist Church, 755 Central Avenue, Demorest, Ga. 30535.
