She was born August 21, 1913 in Kinderhook, Illinois, the daughter of Charles Samuel and Lucy Margaret Schmalshof Gallaher. On November 10, 1931, she married James Wesley Bradley, Sr. in Pittsfield. He preceded her in death on October 4, 1992.

She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and had worked for over 20 years for the International Shoe Co. and for a number of years in housekeeping at Blessing Hospital.

Survivors include one son, James Wesley Bradley, Jr. and his wife Mary, Quincy, two daughters, Betty Edgecomb and her husband Clyde, Demerest, GA; Doris Cleek and her husband Jack, Citrus Hts., CA; 8 grandchildren, Diana Bradley, Richard Bradley, Robert Bradley, Curtis Cleek, Jeffrey Cleek, Steven Cleek, Rebecca Kolb, Stuart Cleek; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; one brother, Eddie Gallaher, Payson, IL; 2 sisters Pauline Whan, Lewistown, MO and Mary Fischer and her husband John, Quincy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a grandson Wesley Bradley and 5 brothers John, Bill, Charlie, Kenneth and Doc Gallaher and 2 sisters Elva Whitaker and Mabel Mitts.

Funeral Services will be 11:30 A.M. Friday, September 5, at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, Rev. Dale Briggs officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 AM Friday at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to Sunset Home.
