Harbin in Manjuria might have been founded by members of and named after Bina-Hari tribe living
also in New Guinea ,related to Mailu and Morawa .
They may be descended from Maile ( Ma-Ile ) son of Samaale Osmaan according to Somalian
genealogies ,who may be identical with Ilmari ( Ile-Ma-Ari ),son of Osmo Kaleva in the traditions
of Suomala .
He was called Ilmar-Achche ( Ile-Ma-Ar-Raats-Che ) by Lapponians or Samis ,that literally means
something like Heavenly Father .
Raats-Che might have also denoted the kingdom of Great Morava in the approximate territory of the
historical Hungaria ,founders of which might have emigrated from that of river Hungari in the Far East ,

Haarra-Dag can be interpreted in Türk as Black Mountain ,that is translated into old Slavic could
sound Cheren-Mys ,and this is how Mari people are called too .
Ma-Ile might thus have been the chief of Ile-Mata tribes among the Owenko .
Piaroa ( Pian-Rua ) people may be descended from him as well ,called also Wodtiha ,
the original version of Votyak,the Udmurt exonym ,and De'-Arahua ,which may come from
Dag-Arraha-Wa .
Ari is also an alternative name of the Odomari or Udmurt .
So the chiefs of Jurchens founding Harbin might have been the chiefs of Mailu tribes including
Binahari and Morawa and others too .
