Some Ringer families may be related to some segments of Ruinga people in the region of Arakan / Rakhine ,and their surname may be derived from Ruinga-Er .
Ruinga people ,called also Rohingya and Rua-Inga and some others ,speaking an Indian Levitic language ,might of part consist from descendants of the followers of on of the members of the Inga family ruling over most parts of Asia and America in its high days . Its founder was Didu Roka ,whose grandson occupied Peru and founded Cuzco ,under its present name , and who was known in the Pacific regions as Ken Arok or Angrok and Te Uruaki Kena ,ancestor of Araucanian and Uruak people ,who are ethnically the Incas .
Similar words in the lattter two languages are ama-amu,atay-ata,kiuanyéke-künyeke,okoa-ko,ané-anya and possibly some others .
Angrok was descended from Illja Toca,how Peruvians called him ,ancestor of Tocano people , called Toika Ilaku in Polynesia ,whose Byblical name was An-Neg-Ra-Raw-Ha .
Rohang or Rokang thus ,what is Aracania ,might have preserved in these forms the names of both Ang-Rok and of his ancestor ,of whom the Rapanui town of Hanga Roa and even the Rio Negro might be principally named of .
Hawaiki ,the ancient homeland of Polynesians ,might have been the place where now Waika ( Waik-Ha ) peoples live in the vicinity of the Uruak ,and due to what the latter tended to bear the name Awaiké too . It was the place of a big Tapu dedicated to deity Io ,how Polynesians said ,and that is why Tucano related tribes tend to use the word Tapuyo for themselves as human beings .
Engaruka close to the borders of Kenya might also have been named of him .
So ,some descendants of Roka Inga might have risen to power in the shores of the Bengalian bay , while others found thier place in the core of te Holy Land of America ,wherefrom on the occasion of later war activity many of them were brought into Europe as captives and hostages ,as it is known, and the place of the Tapu ,standing on the Holy Mountain in the city of houses with golden roofs ,was destroyed . One day it will be built again ,and by the same means as before .
