Cy Young
On March 29, 1867, baseball player Cy Young was born in Gilmore, Ohio. During his 22-year career in baseball, Young pitched for five different teams. He established numerous pitching records, some of which have stood for a century. In 1937, he was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
