Dick Clark is an American game show host and radio and television personality. In 1972, Clark produced and hosted Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, the long-running special that continues to broadcast on December 31 of each year. For more than three decades, the show has become an annual cultural tradition in the United States for the New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day holiday. Happy New Year!
