On Geni a Johannes Jurie Steyn is married to Elizabeth Bezuidenhout on geni - but with no documentary or other proof. MH has a profile that pinpoints the marriage at Oct 3 1831, but makes the wife's birth Nov 12 1812 and no parents.

I'm going to assume he is married to a different Elizabeth than this one and disconnect him from this one, pending sources.
