Recently, I found my descent from Avraham Avinu in the Geni tree. Soon thereafter the path was severed. Is any body seeking sources to reconnect? Todah rabah! Ezra
Shalom Ezra,
to put it bluntly, there are NO valid lines going back from RASHI to Avraham. NONE. In fact there are no known VALID lines between ANYONE and the Biblical tree. Many such lines exist and are VERY popular. But every single one of them fails to check-out. Invariably they are all 20-40 generations too short. In other words there are large gaps in them, or would be in they were real.
