- 'Thomas FitzAlan, 17th Earl of Arundel, 7th Baron Maltravers (1450–1524) was the son of William FitzAlan, 16th Earl of Arundel and Joan Neville, daughter of Richard Neville, 5th Earl of Salisbury and Alice Montagu. He married Margaret Wydeville (or Woodville), who was a younger sister of Queen Elizabeth (married to King Edward IV). He was succeeded by his son, William FitzAlan, 18th Earl of Arundel.

- ' Sir Thomas FitzAlan, 17th Earl of Arundel was born circa 1450.2 He was the son of Sir William Fitzalan, 16th Earl of Arundel and Joan Neville.1 He married Margaret Woodville, daughter of Sir Richard Wydevill, 1st Earl Rivers and Jacquetta de Luxembourg.2 He died on 25 October 1524 at Downly Park, Singleton, Sussex, England.3 He was buried at Arundel Castle, Arundel, Sussex, England.3 His will (dated 12 August 1524) was probated on 29 November 1524.3
- ' Sir Thomas FitzAlan, 17th Earl of Arundel was also known as Thomas Arundell.1 He was also known as Thomas Mautravers.2 He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) on 27 June 1461.1 He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) on 26 February 1473/74.1 He was godfather for Arthur Plantagenet, 1st Viscount Lisle at his baptism in September 1486.1 He succeeded to the title of 17th Earl of Arundel [E., c. 1138] circa 1487.1 On 25 November 1487 he was Bearer of the Rod and Dove at the coronation of Elizabeth, Queen Consort.1 He held the office of Warden of the New Forest in 1489.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the Order of the Garter on 19 July 1489.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the Order of the Garter in 1517.1
