3 October 1554: Notarial instrument narrating assignation by Brother Thomas Reid, a monk of Newbottle, to George Ramsay of Dalhousy of £10 scots due by deceased Nicholas Ramsay of Dalhowsy. (The executors of said Nicholas are named as Cuthbert Ramsay, captain of Creyentoun, James Ramsay, William Ramsay and Alexander Ramsay, rector of Fuldene, his sons).
