Disputed Mother

Although several online sources say the mother of this family is Rhoda Ann Faure (Ford), the Bonderant Family Association, which has done extensive research on this family says this:
"Jean Pierre married Ann Tanner and they had five children: Joseph, John, Ann, Frances, and Peter."

The one thing everyone seems to agree on is that her name was Ann. The plaque that the family erected in 1990 says "Jean Pierre Bonderant and his wife Ann. ... He married Ann... Their five children are John, Peter, Jospeh, Ann and Frances." No mention of a birth name for Ann.

Elizabeth Ann Bondurant was born 1712 at Manakintown, Henrico now Goochland County, Virginia the daughter of Jean (John) Pierre and Rhonda Ann Faure Bondurant. She married in 1729, Jaques Faure the son of Pierre and Mary Elizabeth Agee Faure.
