  • **** NOTICE: 08 FEB 2016 ***** UPDATE

Archibald's Probate was found in Johnson County, Missouri court house. Dated 08 May 1875.

If you notice the line below James C Boggs is empty, that is where his son Jacob Shock Boggs would be if he were alive. Jacob died just after the Civil War of a bite from a dog that was infected with rabies.

Please save the document for your records.

Source for this record was: Missouri, County, District and Probate Courts in Johnson County, Missouri.

I, Me, Carolyn Sue Boggs, 3rd great-granddaughter of Archibald had researched everything documented here. I, and I alone had no help from anyone. This is was the outcome of my research. Sad note, he was in a court of law and signed many probate on wills yet he died of a heart attack without a will.
