Audley Lynn was the brother of Margaret (Lynn) Lewis of Augusta County, Virginia; Dr. William Lynn of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and others. He was named in Dr. Lynn's will dated 21 October 1757 as "my Brother Audley Lynn, Dec'd [deceased]" and the father of "Ann, now living in London with her Mother who married Doctor Paul".
