A William 'Edward' Gray appears to have stood as witness in 1902 for his wife (Anna Susanna Gray)'s sister (Isabella Magdalena Doubell)'s possibly illegitimate child (Magdalena Elizabeth Doubell) by a Patrick Lynch The sisters' mother (Carolina Elizabeth Doubell stood as 'doop moeder'.
