They owned their home at 174 Baltimore St., Dayton, Ohio, with a value of $5000.              1940 Census ED94-25:  Francis, 52, is a Maintenance worker at a wholesale paint mfg., working 40 hours/week, making $1860/year; Catherine, 52, is a housewife; Mary, 25, is a seamstress for a dress shop, working 28 hours/week; Antoinette, 22, is an inspector for greeting cards, working 40 hours/week making $700/47 weeks; Raymond, 21, is an upholsterer in a furniture repair shop, working 40 hours/week, making $750/year; Victor, 19, is a bartender at the tavern, working 40 hours/week, making $250/25 weeks; Robert, 18, delivers on a retail milk route, Ralph, 18, is a dishwasher at the tavern, Norman, 7, goes to school.  Francis, Catherine and Mary completed the 8th grade.  Raymond completed 3 years of high school.  Antoinette, Victor, Robert and Ralph completed 1 year of high school.  Norman completed the 1st grade.
