Catharine Gillett was the daughter of Daniel Gillett 1796 and Elizabeth Bachus.

She married Douglas Peck, the son of Palmer Peck and Clarissa Douglass by 1850. In the 1850 census the couple was living with her parents.

They had one child Ellen May who was born and died in 1851.

After Catharine's death in 1856, Douglas Peck remarried.
