Notice is hereby given that hte undersinged has taken out letters of administrion on hte estate of Daniel Bray, deceased, late of Craig Twonship, Switzerland count, Indiana.
Those indebted to said estate, are notified to make immediate payment to the udnersigned, and those having claims against teh same, are requested to present them duly authenticated for settlement.
Said estate is supposed to be insolvent.

Terms of sale: a credit of nine months willb e fiven on all sums of three dollars and upwards, the purchasor giving note with approved security. All sums under three dollars, cash in hand.
