Wil of Samuel Bray "Deceased" [Anbstract]

...on the 13th day of July 1885 hte last will and TEstament of Samuel Bray dceased late of Switzerland County was...admitted to probate.

Should my wife Anna S Bray survive I will that One Hundred dollars be paid her...to my daugter in law Jane Bray (wife of my son Samuel Bray deceased) hte house and garden where she resided at the death of my son...to Willaim Bray, John Bray, Margaret Bray and James Bray (heirs of my son Samuel Bray) the sum of Five Hundred dollars to be divided equally between them...all my personal [proeprty] that remains togehter with my Real Estate ...be equally divided amonst my lawful heirs excepting my son Joseph Bray who having alredy received his share by advancement and therefore is not included. Also the heirs of my son Samuel to inherit their father's share of my estate notwithstanding the foregoing grant or bequest.

In Testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of February 1881.
