Eliza Anne Walter

Mrs. Eliza Anne Walter, 51, wife of John A Walter, died at 4:00 this morning at her home in Orrtanna, after a prolonged illness of a complication of diseases. Mrs. Walter was the oldest daughter of the late Andrew J Lochbaum and Nancy Lochbaum and was born in Cashtown. She has resided in that vicinity her entire life. She is survived by her husband, her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Harvey Wetzel, Franklin township, and Mrs. B W Spence, of Highland township. Two brothers also survive, Lawrence J and Andrew J Lochbaum, of Franklin township. A half sister, Mrs. Annie Weikert, of Franklin township, also survives. She was a member of Flohr’s Lutheran church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 from home. Rev. Ely, of Arendtsville, officiating with burial in Flohr’s church cemetery.
