Emilio Espinosa was a Filipino dentist and politician. He represented Masbate at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 5, 1934 to September 16, 1935, again from September 25, 1943 to February 2, 1944 (National Assembly), and finally from June 11, 1945 to December 30, 1953.
