Also surviving are 3 sons (Norman, Robert, and Frank), 2 daughters (Ruth Ann Babcock and Shirley Wynes), 14 grandchildren, and 2 sisters (Emma Bender and Lydia Walsh). He was preceded in death by one son (Earl) and 2 brothers (Elmer and Norman). He was a member of First Mennonite Church. Funeral services were held at Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral home on June 8, in charge of Brice Balmer; interment in First Mennonite Church Cemetery.
