Hannah Lambert Bowker was born the 10th of April, 1697, at Scituate, Plymouth County, Massachusetts Bay, the daughter of John Lambert & Hannah (presumed) Bates. There is an adult baptism for Hannah in Scituate Massachusetts Second Church Records, 1645-1850, compiled by Wilford J. Litchfield, 1909, pg. 40. The baptism occurred on the 28th of June, 1719, the same day her husband, James Jr. & her son, Lazarus, were also baptized.

Hannah married James Bowker Jr., the 23rd of July, 1717, at Scituate. (Original Town Records of Scituate, Vol. 6, pg. 23: "James bowker junr and hannah Lambert were maried July 23 1717.")

The known children of Hannah & James Jr. are found in the original town records of Scituate, Vol. 6, pg. 124:
