John's will was dated 6 Apr 1742 and proved 14 Dec 1747. His children Lydia and Mehitable were not mentioned in the will and had probably died before 1742. He did mention "Hannah my well beloved wife", sons John, Jonathan, Nathaniel, Jonas, and Isaac, daughters Hannah, Mary, Abigail, Prudence, and Ruth.
