In 1786 Henry Parrish moved to Wilkes Co Georgia where he owned adjoining property to John Parrish,son of Ansel Parrish and Midred Atkins,they lived on long creek on the Ogeechee river,when Wilkes Co was divided in 1793 the property of John Parrish fell in Warren Co,Henry's property fell in Hancock Co,John and Henry's property's were divided by the Ogeechee river.In 1794 Henry Parrish sold his property in Hancock Co and moved to Bulloch Co Georgia.
In 1798 Ansel Parrish sold his property in Orange Co NC to his sons and moved to Warren Co Georgia and bought property next to his son John.
On June 23, 1800 (b), Henry Parrish, Sr., age 60, died in Bulloch County with burial in Upper Lotts Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Portal, Bulloch County, Georgia, USA.
His will, dated June 23, 1800, was probated June 30, 1800. Executors of his will were his wife, Mary Ann, John Daughtrey and Jacob Mincy. The will gave his estate to his wife for her lifetime, then after that, to be divided between his 10 children (c)
DNA Evidence for Henry Parrish
Data from SNP test kits correlate that this Henry Parrish is the Henry Parrish of Bulloch County, Georgia who died 1800. He had descendants remaining in Georgia and those that migrated into Florida.
The corroborating SNP test kits have Henry's son, Josiah, as a common ancestor. The test kits have SNP marker FTB79575 as a common mutation for Josiah.
Note that Henry and his descendants possesses the Alpine Celt subclade marker A8033 that is currently estimated to have originated about the year 1600.
