GREENCREEK -- Rosary will be recited at 8 tonight at St. Anthony's Catholic Church here for Hildegarde F. Nuxoll, 85, a longtime Greencreek homemaker.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony's with the Rev. Canisius Hayes as celebrant.
She died Saturday August 23, 1997 at the Missoula (Mont.) Community Medical Center of Gillian-Barre Syndrome.
The daughter of Edwin T. and Mary Terhaar Stolz, she was born Sept. 3, 1911, at Greencreek. She attended Greencreek and Cottonwood schools.
She married Albert C. Nuxoll Oct. 1, 1930, at Greencreek. They farmed east of Greencreek.
He died Aug. 2, 1982.
She was active in the Grange and St. Anthony's Church Choir in her younger years. She later was a member of the Idaho Council of Catholic Women, St. Anthony's Altar Society, Idaho County Cancer Drive and the Cottonwood Senior Citizens. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church at Greencreek all her life.
She enjoyed gardening, flowers and baking. She especially liked to visit with family and friends.
She is survived by three sons, Gerald Nuxoll of Boise, Ivan Nuxoll of Greencreek and Giles Nuxoll of Newman Lake, Wash; a daughter, Nadine Fuchs of Lolo, Mont.; a brother, Albert Stolz of Grangeville; two sisters, Nellie Matthews of Boise and Marie Stewart of Moscow; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A son, Rodrick Nuxoll, three brothers and four sisters died previously.
