JEAN KNOX (aka JANET KNOX}

According to the genealogy published as part of Walter MacFarlane's collection, Janet Knox is the daughter of Uchtred Knox of Ranfurly and his wife Janet Sempill. She is said by him to have married twice. First to Alexander Cunningham, a son of William Cunningham of Craigends, and second to John Porterfield of that Ilk.
