Served as Justice of the Peace if Rutherford County.
John W. “Jack” Logan – I have not found a gravesite on Find-a-Grave. He was married to Patsy Harton on 29 Oct 1811 in Rutherford County. According to his Will, he died in 1840. John was enumerated nexzt to Moses Logan and close to Andrew Logan in 1810. He was enumerated next to Moses Logan and near Andrew Logan in 1830. Having married in 1811, (and Patsy born about 1784), John was likely born before 1784. Census records of 1810 through 1840, indicate he was born after 1775 and before 1795. He was certainly born too early to have been Francis and Hannah Logan’s grandson. So, he was likely a son of Francis himself. And, if so, he was probably born around 1775 – 1780. Given the birth year of his presumed mother was 1733, he was likely born around 1777-1779.
