In 1851, 54, lived with family in 51 Keith Street, Stornoway. Was a
Wheelwright. Still there in 1861, 60, his mother in law was staying with them
at the time, 82, a crofter, name illegible.
By 1871, his job had changed to Joiner. Also, they had a domestic servant,
Christina Smith, 23, from Barvas
Disappeared from Keith Street by 1881 and 1891 census.
