Joseph Bartlett was the son of Robert Bartlett (1603-1688) and Mary Warren (1605-1676).

He married first, Hannah who d. Dec 1730. He married second 1732, Mercy Hyde, who died two years later.

  • ( I read he married Hannah( Fallowell ?) Pope (1639-1710) on 1662, and Mary Waite (1646-1721) in 1668)

Notes

Joseph, second son and child of Robert and Mary (Warren) Bartlett, was born at Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1639; the date of his death is unknown. He settled at Manomet Ponds or South Plymouth, a pleasant farming village about seven or eight miles from the town proper. The place is situated directly on the seashore and of late years has been a summer resort of some note. Joseph Bartlett married Hannah Fallowell, daughter of Gabriel Fallowell, and seven children are recorded: Robert; Joseph, born in 1665; EInathan; Benjamin; Hannah, married Joseph Sylvester; Mary, born 1673, married John Barnes; and Sarah, married Elisha Holmes.
