Jule Rollins Camomile was born December 30, 1912, in Utah, to Fredrick William Camomile and Melisa Jane Osborn Camomile. He was their 7th and second to the last child. By 1920 their parents had divorced and his father was living in Washington State and had remarried. Jule was listed with his mother and siblings in Salt Lake City in the 1920 census as follows: Melissa, 47, Eugene, 15, Ada, 12, Rollins, 7, and Mary Camomile, almost 3 years old. Also living with them was Jule's sister, Nellie Afton Camomile Hill, 23, and her husband Milo, 29. Milo was working as a laborer for the local power company.
By 1930 Jule and his mother and siblings were living in Bloomington, San Bernardino, California. I'm not sure when he married Elizabeth M. Anderson, but in 1951 they were living in Santa Barbara and were listed in a local telephone directory were living at 2013 De La Vina Street in Santa Barbara, California. They were working as the managers of the Fireside Lodge.
In 1955 they were living on the Star route in Bend, Oregon, They were divorced in Los Angeles in 1971. Jule R. Camomile born December 30, 1912, was living at 2620 Kansas Venue, Apartment C, in Santa Monica, California, at one time. When he passed away April 12, 1989, he was living in Glendale, Los Angeles County, California.
