 Juliett Callister married Clarence Egbert Carson, 13 Sept. 1897.  I

never knew Uncle Clarence, but did know Aunt Juliett. She lived in

Idaho Falls and was a widow all the t ime I knew her. I did know her

children, Alma, Alma, Mary, and a younger girl. Aunt Juliett had a

hard t ime making ends meet. Dad helped her on several occasions. She and Clarence bought 45 acres from Uncle Walt er and Dad and built a brick home across from Bert Smith. Alma was Orson's age, and Alva younger. There were older sisters. She was a pleasant person and very friendly. vWe visit ed her qu it e often.

Dad always felt obligat ed to take care of Aunt Juliette, although he

had very little. Once , while she was selling real estate, Dad let her sell a 20 acre farm. He nevergot anything out of it. There were other occasions when Dad helped her.
