Russell K. Callister

Russell K. Callister, 68, of 2020 south Fifth East street, died Monday at 2:30 p.m. He was born in Fillmore, Utah, Feb. 13, 1865, a son of Thomas and Helen Clark Callister. He has been a resident of Salt Lake for the past 30 years, 29 of which he was an employe of the Utah Power and Traction company.

Mr. Callister is survived by his widow. Mrs. Melvie Smith Callister; one son, Russell S. Callister of Phoenix, Arizona; a daughter, Mrs. W. E. Berrett, of Salt Lake; two grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: John Callister, Tooele, Utah; Mrs. Isabelle Webb, Draper, Utah; Mrs. Sarah Pratt, Vallejo, Cal.; Mrs. Susan D. Lyman, Mrs. Kate C. Hatton, and Porter S. Callister all of Salt Lake.
