About Kenneth Isla Houston McMillan
Kenneth married Jane, daughter of Charles Fynn and Mary Lochenberg, granddaughter of Henry Francis Fynn in about 1890 in Kokstad. When Jane made out her will in 1902 Kenneth was living at Dronk Vlei, Creighton. Kenneth was granted the farm Castle View in January 1920 but sold it a month later to John C. Devino. At the time of his wife’s death he was on the farm Thorndale in Alfred County. After Jane’s death Kenneth married Nancy Fynn in March 1927.
Islay is where his grandfather John McMillan was reputedly born.
