BIRTH 1687 Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, USA
DEATH 20 Apr 1764 (aged 76–77) Tolland County, Connecticut, USA
BURIAL Old Storrs Cemetery Storrs, Tolland County, Connecticut, USA MEMORIAL ID 11594795
Kezia Presbury has been named as the probable daughter of Stephen Presbury and Deborah Skiff. Another theory is that she was a daughter of Deborah's by someone other than Stephen. Also, there were two Stephen Presburys, so records may be confused.
The will of one Stephen Presbury names his daughter as Keturah and not Kezia, but a codicil notes that Keziah 'was given her things upon marriage.'
Her husband was Edmund Freeman (1683-1766), whom she married in Sandwich, Massachusetts about 1706.
Their children were: Edmund (d.y.) Lydia, wife of Benjamin Nye Edmund, husband of Martha Otis Prince, husband of Rebecca Johnson Stephen, husband of Hannah Jenkins Sylvanus, husband of Mary Dunham Nathaniel, husband of Martha Dunham Kezia, wife of Benjamin Snow Sarah, wife of Malachi Conant Deborah, wife of Zachariah Paddock Skeefe, husband of Anna Sargeant Thomas (d.y.)
