ROY GORMAN WAS KILLED IN EXPLOSION Former Resident of Neilltown Met Tragic Death Near Breckenbridge, Texas, On Monday. BODY TO BE BROUGHT-HERE

William Gorman of Neilltown received a telegram yesterday morning announcing that his son, Roy Gorman had been killed in a gas explosion near Breckenridge, Tex., some time on Monday. Details of the accident were not given, but it was stated that the remains would be brought to this city for interment in Neilsburg Cemetery family plot beside his mother and sister. Roy Gorman was born at Neilltown and grew to manhood there, he was about 37 years of age and always resided in this vicinity until his marriage, since which time he had worked in various oil fields through the country. With his family he visited his father last summer shortly before going to the Texas oil fields, where he met his tragic death. Mr. Gorman had a wide acquaintance through this vicinity who will be greatly shocked to learn of his untimely death. The accident happened in the neighborhood of where James Priestly, a former Pleasantville young man, met a similar death about three weeks ago. Besides the father,Mr. Gorman is survived by his wife and four young children, also two brothers, Lewis Gorman of Neilltown and Albert Gorman who resides somewhere in tho state of Indiana. It is expected that the body will arrive in Titusville some time Saturday, after which arrangements for the funeral and interment will be made.
